Equity prices were dropping on Wednesday on the Athens Stock Exchange (ASE), with the basic share price index down 0.78 percent standing at 822.89 points at 11.00 am and turnover at 4.65 million euros.
The FTSE/ASE Large Cap index for blue chip and heavily traded stocks was down 0.81 percent and the FTSE/ASE Mid Cap index was down 0.58 percent.
Individual sector indices were moving mostly downwards with the biggest gains in Health (+1.18 percent) and Technology (+0.98 percent).
The heaviest losses were in Financial Services (-1.33 percent) and Constructions (-1.32 percent).
Of the stocks traded, 19 were up, 42 were down and 11 were unchanged.
