BriQ Properties said its net profits totaled 940,000 euros in 2017, its first 12-month balance sheet, with adjusted EBITDA amounting to 1.250 million euros.
The company's real estate portfolio included nine commercial assets worth 26.346 million euros, while investments rose by 2.077 million in 2017, up 8.6 pct from the previous year. Cash reserves totaled 2.536 million euros. BriQ Properties said its net asset value was 28.268 million euros or 2.37 euros per share.
Leasing revenue was 1.885 millono euros, operating expenses were 226,000 euros and pre-tax earnings totaled 1.154 million euros.
