Issues that relate to commercial law will be resolved in the best possible mannner, said Environment and Energy Minister George Stathakis on Tuesday, adding that "more complex problems have been solved in the past on commercial issues."
In an interview to Hellenic Parliament TV, Stathakis was commenting on the commercial name of products after Greece's name agreement with FYROM.
"The geographic qualifier solves any problems arising and helps us continue to use the term," said Stathakis. "The European Union has clear laws. A very large number of products that have a local origin have a code, have been defined. Greece is a member of the European Union, of its central core. Our neighboring country will be on an accession course with the EU, whatever that means in regards to institutional changes that it must complete step by step, in order to meet conditions set," said the minister.
