The Parliament's Cultural Affairs Committee approved on Tuesday a draft bill ratifying an agreement between Greece and Germany for youth collaboration and the process to set up a Greek-German Youth Institute.

The bill was approved in principle and per article with an overwhelming majority. Only two parties did not vote for it: the Communist Party of Greece declared "present" and Golden Dawn, which voted against it.

The draft law was tabled in Parliament by the Ministry of Education and includes social and political actions, seminar offerings and programs of hosting.
