Intrasoft International announced the setting up of a new subsidiary in South Africa, in a move that underlines the ability of Intrasoft to identify and exploit high added-value human resources throughout the world.

Intrasoft's 15-member group in Cape Town is focusing on public sector projects that need taxation, e-customs and revenue management - sectors in which the company has an established comparative advantage on a global scale.

Alexandros Manos, CEO in Intrasoft International said: "The decision to set up Intrasoft International South Africa as a specialised Competence Center in the sector of taxation and e-customs came after thorough evaluation both of the domestic and regional markets' outlook and the quality of the local human resources. The set up of our new company in South Africa, combined with a rapidly developing subsidiary in Kenya, underlines fully our faith in the digital transformation of the public sector in Africa".
