Director Ioli Andreadis and her associates are preparing to present “The Misanthrope”, Moliere’s most bitter comedy, in the spring of 2018.

Miltiades Fiorentzis (Young Lear) will be featured in the leading role, while Vasiliki Troufakou will play the charming Selimen, the female Don Juan. Melina Theocharidou, who won over audiences and critics for her distinctive performance in “All the wonderful things”, will also be taking part in a surprise part.

The play is being staged in a new translation by Yiangos Andreadis, and adapted for six actors by Ioli Andreadis and Aris Asproulis.
