The International Journalists’ Research Association has brought to light 13.5 million documents on tax havens and offshore investments, most of which come from a law firm in Bermuda specializing in offshore investments.

The “Paradise Papers” reveal billions of dollars in deposits that are “hidden” in tax havens.

Among the beneficiaries are Queen Elizabeth, current and former prime ministers and politicians from all over the world, Hollywood stars and well known athletes as well as multinational companies.

The lists include 130 names of Greek interest.

Unlike the “Panama Papers”, the “Paradise Papers” are less about money laundering and more about legitimate schemes designed to exploit the gaps in the international tax system in order to avoid the imposition of huge amounts of money.
