The number of vacant job positions in the Greek economy dropped 55.3 pct in the fourth quarter of 2017 (excluding the primary sector and households' activities) compared with the same period in 2016 to 2,825 from 6,315, respectively, after an 102.5 pct increase recorded in the 2016/2015 period, Hellenic Statistical Authority said on Tuesday.

Vacant job positions are recorded only in wage employment of full or part-time employment.
