Refugee Crisis Management Coordination Body’s data released on Tuesday, show that refugees in Greece exceed 60,000 at the moment.

Useful are the conclusions drawn from the Turkish Coast Guard report on the refugee and migration issue, showing that the EU-Turkey agreement forced the Turkish side to implement checks on the shores resulting in migrant flow reduction.

In the first quarter of 2016 with daily flows reaching up to several hundred people, there were 494 interventions of the Turkish Coast Guard in a total of 666 up until September 9.

During the same period, 22 783 refugees-out of a total of 29.580-returned to the neighbouring country.
