Eve Leigh, a British playwright and theater director brings her new play Surfacing at the National Theater’s Experimental Stage (-1) on December 9.

Leigh visited the Greek National theater last May where she attended performances and met with Greek artists and explored alternative dramaturgic ways and novel forms of experimental texts beyond the boundaries of English-speaking theater. After her visit, she worked on an innovative and experimental concept that she curated.

“Surfacing” is a play performed in English and interpreted by Greek actors.
