The National Archaeological Museum’s “Countless Aspects of Beauty” traveling exhibition is making its first stop, as it is set to be inaugurated by Hellenic Republic President, Mr. Prokopis Pavlopoulos, on Saturday, February 17, at the Sparta Museum of Olive and Olive Oil.

The “Countless Aspects of Beauty” exhibition seeks to record man’s constant effort, through the centuries, to search for Beauty and incorporate it into his everyday life, representing it in works of art, beauty products and items of everyday use,” as an announcement by the Ministry of Culture and Sport notes.

Forty antiquities from the collections of the National Archaeological Museum, dating back to prehistoric and all the way up to Roman times, were selected for the exhibition, with many of them being presented to the public for the first time.
