Greece’s exit from the memorandum this year is one of the great challenges of the Eurozone and the EU, says Deutsche Welle. At Eurozone level, significant changes must be put in place in June’s Summit, such as the formation of the European Monetary Fund, the integration of the Bank Union and the setting up of a budget that will fund the economies of countries dealing with extraordinary crises, reads the article.

2018 will be an important year also for Greece; upon conclusion of the third review on January 22nd, preparations for the country’s exit from the memorandum in August will start, while a further debt relief will also be examined, according to Deutsche Welle.
