The IN-EDIT festival comes to the Onassis Cultural Center for a second year, promising an unforgettable journey into world music. This year’s program for the world’s largest musical documentary festival, includes 17 great documentaries, which bring together Nick Cave with Iranian djs, the Rolling Stones with James Lavelle, and veteran London punks with jazz virtuosos.
Among the many artists featured in the festival’s films, in “One More Time with Feeling”, Nick Cave talks for the first and last time about the mood in which he wrote and recorded his 16th album, Skeleton Tree. At the same time, in “The Man from Mo’Wax”, James Lavelle (UNKLE), a distinguished representative of the trip hop scene, recounts his life. In “The Rolling Stones Olé, Olé, A Trip to Across Latin America”, the Rolling Stones travel to Latin America for a historic tour, while “The Beatles: Eight Days a Week – The Touring Years” captures the nine fascinating (and exhausting) years, during which the Beatles were toured the world.
On November 4, at 10 pm, IN-EDIT’s opening party at the Onassis Cultural Center’s ground floor, will be scored by Pepper radio 96.6.
