Golden Dawn leadership is guilty of running a criminal organization. The following were found guilty of running a criminal organization: Nikos Michaloliakos, Christos Pappas, Artemis Mattheopoulos, Elias Panagiotaros, Elias Kasidiaris, Yiannis Lagos, George Germenis. All the other deputies, as well as the two local leaders chiefs, George Patelis and Anastasios Pantazis, were found guilty of joining and participating in a criminal organization.

Earlier on, when George Roupakias was found guilty for the murder of Pavlos Fyssas, thousands of people who had gathered outside the court burst into applause. All but two are also found guilty of complicity in the murder of Pavlos Fyssas.

All those accused of attacking the Egyptian fishermen were also found guilty as well as those who attacked the PAME unionists.

Following the announcement of the court’s decision regarding Pavlos Fyssas’ murder, his mother, Magda Fyssa, declared that she felt justified.

At the announcement of the verdict that all Golden Dawn members were found guilty of joining and running a criminal organization, the thousands of people who had gathered outside the court, broke into celebration and applause.
