Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis will participate in the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, on January 23-24. At the heart of this year’s event is tackling climate change.

As part of the official program, the prime minister will speak at two events and will have a series of bilateral contacts with important international political and economic actors on the sidelines of the Forum. On Thursday morning, Mr. Mitsotakis will speak in a public event, with Harvard History Professor Niall Ferguson, while later  on, he will participate in a panel on “Looking for a Green New Deal.”

At the level of international political contacts, the prime minister will have meetings with French Finance Minister Bruno Le Maire, the National Assembly and Venezuelan Transitional President, Juan Guaido, and German Defense Minister Annegret Kramp-Karrenbauer, among others.

Also, during his visit to Davos, the Greek prime minister will meet with investors and representatives of international business groups.
