The Greek Prime Minister, Kyriakos Mitsotakis, is arriving in Portugal today, in the context of the Iberian country taking over the rotating presidency of the Council of the European Union for the first half of 2021.

With a view to the March Summit, which will assess Turkey’s overall compliance with the Union’s decisions, the Prime Minister is meeting in Lisbon with his Portuguese counterpart, Antonio Costa.

On the table will be the Turkish challenges and immigration, the vaccination process that has begun across Europe and the resources of the Recovery Fund.
