Greek authorities and European institutions delegates proceed today Tuesday with the review of the Greek bailout programme.
Among other issues to be discussed is the Labour ministry’s request to “freeze” debts to pension funds caused by years of financial crisis.

Greek Finance minister Euclid Tsakalotos and EU institutions delegation met on Monday to discuss the constitution of the new Privatisation Fund Supervising Council. Other issues discussed are the parliamentary ratification of the Hellenikon deal and the number of public sector companies to be included in the Privatisation Fund’s portfolio.

High-ranking sources within the Finance ministry reported that during the two-hour meeting “no deal was reached but we are close.”
