Athens gets its own first edition of Sónar music festival, the event that has been brining cutting edge electronic music to a global audience since 1994.
Sónar Athens is the Greek edition of the pioneering international festival of electronic music and digital arts, based in Barcelona and will take place at Gazi Music Hall and the Old bus station in Gazi, on October 11 and 12.
The festival line-up includes 33 great and rising names of contemporary music, such as Paul Kalkbrenner, Jon Hopkins, Modeselektor, UNKLE, DJ Koze, Acid Arab, Foreign Beggars, John Talabot, Tim Hecker and many more.
