The son of main opposition SYRIZA-Progessive Alliance leader Alexis Tsipras on Sunday tested positive for the Covid-19 virus, following the appearance of mild symptoms.

The leader of the main opposition posted on his personal Facebook account:
“The coronavirus visited our house today. Last night, our Orpheus showed slight symptoms. We took the test in the morning and a while ago we learned the results. Betty and I and Phoebus were negative, but Orpheus was positive. He is well and like most children, is expected to get over it easily. According to the doctors, although I have received both doses of the vaccine, it has not been long enough for me to be completely immune and in any case I have to stay home as a precaution for a while, in order to exclude any possibility of further transmission. I am sure everything will go well.”
