The development bill will be discussed on Friday, according to the statement the Minister of Development and Investment, Adonis Georgiades made at a Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE) conference.

The minister noted that the mentality has changed and there is a shift in private initiatives coming from citizens and not just the government. “The government wants to help entrepreneurs make money, create jobs, and publicize that they have made money so that other entrepreneurs can come to invest”, he said.

TEE President George Stasinos, noted that the centralized electronic licensing system, the electronic infrastructure registry and other applications are all useful tools, but when they work together, the benefits will be multifold, he stressed however, that financial tools should also be implemented.
